Are you owed money by your bank?

Return your FREE PPI CHECK PACK in the Freepost envelope and we will investigate any of your loans, credit cards, overdraft, store cards or mortgage to see whether PPI was included.
We can even look for PPI that may have been missed previously or, in some instances, claims that were rejected by the lender.
We'll call you once we have the results and then you can decide whether you want to take any action.

Terms and Conditions

Please read the Free PPI Check Terms of Service on the reverse of your letter.

These Terms of Service only apply to the Free PPI Check.

Should you choose to use us for a PPI claim, we will send out our full Terms & Conditions along with any other necessary paperwork at a later stage after we have carried out the Free PPI Check. You are under no obligation to instruct us to pursue a PPI claim on your behalf after we have carried out the Free PPI Check.

Free PPI Check Terms Of Service

We offer the Free PPI Check in order to establish whether there was PPI on any of your finances before you decide whether you wish to make a claim. The service is completely free and you are under no obligation to pursue a claim for PPI after this check has been carried out. We will contact your lender(s) to check whether you had PPI on any of your finance.

Once the Free PPI Check is complete, we will contact you with the results. You can then decide how to progress. If you do not feel that the PPI was mis-sold or decide that you do not wish to pursue a claim, we will simply stop all action and close your file in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you wish to pursue a claim for mis-sold PPI you can choose to use FRS to do this or you can pursue this yourself without using a CMC and without cost. You will first need to complain directly to the financial institution and if this is unsuccessful, you can complain through the Financial Ombudsman Service or the FSCS, where applicable.

If you choose to engage FRS’s services to make a claim this is a separate service to the Free PPI Check service and we will send you our full Terms and Conditions for you to read over, sign and return. A service charge will be applicable if you choose to instruct us to make a claim on your behalf.

Finally, we reserve the right to choose not to process a Free PPI Check. If we do not process the check, we will write to you to confirm this and provide you with information as to how you may look to find out if you have taken out PPI yourself.
