We charge a percentage on the basis of whatever the total settlement is that we have been able to obtain for you. This is to manage the whole claims process and is fixed, it does not alter even if your case is taken to Court or referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Unlike some other companies offering similar services we do not take all of your award for Statutory Interest.
Our fee on successful claims is only 25% + VAT.
