"Out of the blue, I got a letter re PPI. Never really understood it, but noticed that my bank was on the sheet supplied and my mortgage was at the top so I thought, let's see what happens as I had nothing to lose, I filled it in and sent it off. Surprise surprise, I was entitled to retreiving some monies and FRS dealt with everything. Very prompt service and I would like to thank the people at FRS for all their work and effort and now I have one bill less. Thank you very much!! The phrase is 'if you don't ask you don't get'."
